The Story

The story start recording from 11th June, 1972, in Beijing.

Life is a long winding story consists of lots of short stories, sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes sweet, sometimes bitter... Regardless how the short stories are, I try to keep all these images and filed in my brian for future viewing and for references.

I am nothing special compare with any other people on earth. Its just I as a human being, always try to learn more, try to achieve the highest level as possible, always try to improve myself, for my family, my living and desired lifestyles, for me to proud of myself when I look back. How good I wanna be at which stage of life? No idea. I think this progress will go along till the end of my life and hopefully download to the next generation of my family.

I didn't start writing my stories like what mentioned above from day one, obviously. However, this is how my attitudes are from not long ago until the end. And I am sure, that I want to leave a plus sign to the world of whatever I will be doing, at least that's a plus influence of 1 out of 6.5 billions.

Places

Beijing - Where I was born and learn to walk properly.

Hong Kong - Get me to see the "real" world. I grow up, learn to learn, learn to make lots of mistakes, learn to love somone, learn to say no to my parents, learn to explore the what I am good at and what I want to achieve.

Prague and Brno of Czech Republic - Where I learn another culture with great lifestyle and passions.

Shenzhen of China - Where I currently live, where I learn to be cheated, learn to make lots of mistakes and improve, realize how fast can a metropolitan can be built from a small town...

Dunhuang of the Gobi Desert, China - Where I learn to lose, learn to fight, learn not to give up, learn to be abandoned, where I get my diamond, forever.

Kanas of Xinjiang, China Where I found another paradise on earth.

All around China - Where I learn from the great culture and treasure of knowledges of "self" and life, where I will achieve.

Great Places on earth - Melbourne of Australia, Paris of France, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Orlando of USA, Belgium, Amsterdam of The Neitherlands, Jakarta, Bogor of Indonesia, Seoul and Jeju Island of Korea, Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket of Thailand, SIngapore, Malaysia, Denmark, Geneva, Interlaken Bern of Switzerland, Vienna and Salzburg of Austria... Where I learned how small I am in this fascinating world.

The Internet - Another world which we can share, learn and communicate much more closer and faster.

Photography

Canon EOS650 - My first camera bought in 1991, which officially enabe myself to record the world with lights and learn how to write with lights... well apart my playing with my father's old cameras. Nikon coolpix 3100 and Fujifilm Finepix S7000 bring me to the digital photography world and captured some important moments of my experiences. Nikon D80, my first DSLR, the great camera bring me back to long abandoned hobby and get serious again.

Nature, Micro and Portraits (outdoor and studio) are my primary interests in photography, Andrew S. Cheung's Gallery at Pbase - My first online photo gallery, receiving some kind and encouraging comments from professional photographers, together with some great photography books, other websites and resources e.g. DPREVIEW, NAPP... What I am learning everyday from the seniors increasing my power on capturing every single shots of mine.

Most of the photos were taken during my journeys and outings over the last few years (As I have not yet getting my old films of most of my other trips scanned). I enjoy the time with my cameras to record some of the best scenaries and people I've seen and met with... apart from my marketing projects. Currently I am getting my studio set up in Shenzhen, China and start to earn my living, partially from my photography works.
